Return Policy

Important 1 : Products which have bought by you, you can request an exchange or refund by sending it to us on condition that it has not been used within thirty days from the date of your order.

Important 2 :If you buy any AVVA product on Trendyol.com, Hepsiburada.com, N11.com, Morhipo.com, evaluate by their return/change and shipping conditions. Redirects below consist of just Avva.com.tr orders.

HOW I DO CHANGE, RETURN or CANCEL MY ORDER?

1. Create online request by your membership

If you want to change/return or cancel your order, can login with your membership and create online requests by using My Account/Return side. This way can help us to complete faster than.
If you are not membership, you should send your product with invoice in order to start your return process.

2. Prepare your packet with putting your invoice inside.

Fill the return&change form of your invoice that is on that below and prepare products safely with your invoice. If you do not find your invoice, you can reach invoice by your e-mail address or call our Customer Service which is 7/24 online in order to get any support.

3. Call UPS Cargo and request a free purchase from your address.

You can contact UPS Cargo on 444 00 66 and 0850 255 00 66 or WhatsApp line which is 0530 524 93 33 and request courier for your return. Also, you can choose the date and hours that your packet picked up at your address. When UPS cargo come to your door, you should give him your packet with that AVVA code ( 61YA32 ) for free return.

Return Conditions

Firstly, you should fill the return and change section on your invoice with the information about the product code and size which the product you want and than you should just send your product us.

Cancellation Order

According to the consumer rights, you can use your cancellation right before your order shipping. For using this right, before the e-mail information about delivery send to you, you should open a "Create New Request" request chapter from My Account/My Return Requests or you can give your order and product/s information about your cancellation to [email protected]  e-mail address. If your order is in shipping period, according to consumer rights you can use your return right in 30 days.

Return Payment

When your return accepted, your order amount will be in your bank account/your credit card in 7 days and information mail will be send your e-mail address.

Note: If you pay your order with your bank account/transfer, your bank is responsible of return delays.
